This is a unique opportunity to join the vibrant Israel office of Universal Music Publishing and play a vital part in driving all aspects of our business. We are looking for a self-motivated, eager to learn all-around player who thinks outside the box and has both administrative and people skills.

Whilst confident in dealing with clients and skilled at multitasking, you are also happy to work collaboratively in our work hard play hard environment.

The B Side: Skills & Experience

The characteristics required for the role are a range of expertise including production music licensing, sales and marketing and of course the love of music.

In your role as Production Music Coordinator you will execute strategy set by the General Manager.

You will develop, nurture and maintain relationships with our clients and help obtain new business and create long-term partnerships.

You’ll develop a regular meeting cycle, constantly thinking of creative and engaging ways to connect with your clients.

You need to have great communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

To have a creative mindset and knowledge of the production music landscape and music rights.

You will be sales driven with a tenacious desire to drive business and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Client management & Sales:

Provide exceptional account management, customer service and support to clients.

Actively seeking out new business opportunities with partners across broadcasters, ad and production agencies, tech companies and app developers.

Seek for potential connections directly with brands and businesses.

Build relationships via face-to-face meetings and deliver on a regular targeted meeting cycle.

Maintain your client accounts within our database (Salesforce & DAMS).

Offer efficient technical support with any queries related to our website.

Provide weekly reports on client meetings and new business developments to the General Manager.

Attend networking events and initiatives in relevant fields.

Music Licensing:

Handle incoming music and licence enquiries.

Blanket licenses maintenance and renewals.

Maintain our library’s client registration.

Manage all Salesforce related operations.

Support on admin tasks for our commercial music catalogue.

Creative & Marketing:

Proactively promote our catalogue to increase the number of music users, downloads and licensing requests.

Educate clients about the UPM website and provide demos and client presentations.

Collaborate with the global marketing team to implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach key client segments.

Analyse industry and market trends and competitor activity.

Send curated playlists to clients around themes or briefs.
