Lightricks Legal Team serves as an in-house counsel handling all the company’s global legal needs, including corporate, commercial, commercial intellectual property and privacy work, and assists in the management of the company’s day-to-day legal and regulatory compliance.
The role

We are looking for a highly motivated, excellent law student starting their 3rd year of law school who is passionate about technology and commercial law and wishes to work for a global company, to join our Legal Team in a pre-internship position.

Location: On-site at Lightricks’ offices, Jerusalem

Position Type: Part-time (minimum 15 hours per week, over 2–3 days)

Start Date: September 2025

What you will be doing

Manage Lightricks’ legal data room

Facilitate the ongoing operation of Lightricks’ Contract Management System

Review and draft simple contracts, and

Participate in other legal projects together with Lightricks’ Legal Team members

Your skills and experience

Entering your 3rd year in law school in October 2025 - a must

English at mother tongue level - a must

Interest in the hi-tech / commercial field

Strong analytic capabilities

Positive attitude

Good legal instincts

Great teamwork skills

Eager to learn and work hard

Strong time management and organizational skills
