Data Center Project Manager

MedOne has been leading Israel’s Data Center market, providing comprehensive hosting services to Israel’s largest organizations. With 4 underground data centers' spanning over 25,000 square meters, MedOne provides hosting, backup and business continuity services with the highest SLA, resiliency, and the best standard of security.

The company is growing, and we are looking for a Data Center Project Manager.

We are responsible for designing, building, and operating our unified data centers; managing the demand planning and capacity utilization of our unified infrastructure; and responsible for all operations needed to run the physical infrastructure (including supply chain, hardware, power, security, and workflow teams). We focus on smart growth with an emphasis on automation, data driven engineering, cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

As a successful Datacenter Project Manager, your performance objectives will consist of:

Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery
Establish and enhance strong working relationships with customers
Plan, managed, and communicated end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned best practices, and innovations on processes/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity
Work with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience

3+ year's experience in Project Management positions, Technical focus
3+ years experience in Data Center / Computer room
Strong written, verbal in English and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, incorporate feedback, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
