Technical Support Engineer (Part-Time, 50%)

PubPlus is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (50%) to provide high-quality support to our internal teams and external partners. You will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure smooth system operations, and assist with platform optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
Provide technical support for internal teams and partners, ensuring seamless platform functionality.
Diagnose and resolve software, network, and integration-related issues.
Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Support the Account Managers with the technical aspects of partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of common issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders when needed.
Support onboarding and training for new users on internal tools and platforms.
Manage user permissions and access to the platform, including Business Managers across various platforms.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

B.Sc (or current student) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or helpdesk role- advantage
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Facebook/Google/Pinterest Business Manager - advantage
Strong troubleshooting skills in web applications, APIs, and integrations.
