Position Overview

We are actively recruiting 2 Information Security Consultants to join our Rehovot office with growth potential to take on key roles such as Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) or lead specialized projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for both junior professionals and those with 1-2 years of experience to develop their expertise in industry-leading frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001/27701, PCI, GDPR, and SOC 2.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead information security compliance projects in line with recognized standards and regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and surveys to evaluate client security posture.
* Develop, review, and maintain guidance documentation, security policies, and procedures.
* Confidently lead professional meetings with clients and internal teams.
* Collaborate closely with clients to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable leading professional meetings and discussions.
* Open to candidates with no prior experience (junior level) as well as those with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in information security.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and compliance-oriented mindset.
* Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CISM, or CISSP are a significant advantage but not mandatory.

Work Environment and Schedule

* Hybrid work model: 3 days at the Rehovot headquarters and 2 days remote per week.
* Occasionally required to visit client sites.
* Working hours aligned with Israeli business week: Sunday through Thursday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
* Fridays and Saturdays off.
* Ideally located within approximately 1 hour’s commute to Rehovot (to be verified by applicant).

Compensation

* Entry Level (no prior experience): 14,000 NIS/month
* 1-2 Years Experience: 16,000 NIS/month (DOE)
