The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, identifying risks, and proactively driving improvements in compliance processes. You will play a key role in ensuring that business activities align with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards—while enabling operational efficiency and supporting business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Compliance Operations Analyst, you will:Design, build, and optimize compliance processes, with a strong focus on automation and scalabilityTranslate regulatory and business requirements into operational workflows and system-driven solutionsWork with multiple data sources to monitor compliance activities and identify trends or gapsMonitor adherence to the company’s compliance program and internal policiesConduct compliance analysis and risk assessments to evaluate exposure, impact, and mitigation strategiesInvestigate irregularities and non-compliance issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolutionEnsure findings are clearly documented, tracked, and communicated to relevant stakeholdersPerform due diligence (vetting) on customers, partners, and third partiesProvide ongoing reporting and insights on compliance and risk performance to business unitsSupport responses to regulatory inquiries and audits by gathering and analyzing internal dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business processesAssist with general compliance and legal operational tasks as neededPersonal CharacteristicsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong service orientation with a business-first mindsetTeam player with excellent collaboration skillsConfident and assertive, willing to challenge and stand behind decisionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and logical thinking, with attention to detailQualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or a related analytical/operational roleProven ability to analyze processes and implement improvements or automationFamiliarity with compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standardsStrong business acumen and understanding of commercial environmentsExperience working with data and multiple systems/toolsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working with global or cross-functional teamsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldAdvantages:SQL Knowledge– advantageKnowledge of regulations such as AML, FCPA, Anti-Fraud, Privacy lawsLegal qualification (Israel) – advantageProfessional certifications (e.g., CCEP) – advantageSuccess ProfileThe ideal candidate is someone who:Thinks in processes and systems, not just tasksKnows how to turn requirements into automationBalances compliance rigor with business needsCan analyze, structure, and improve how compliance is executed across the organizationOffice Location:Petah Tikva
