s a Medical Data Analyst, you will: Customize Nym’s engine to address clients’ clinical and business needs. Support Nym’s clients throughout the technical integration process, including identifying bugs and recommending fixes and improvements, hands-on work within our codebase to adjust configurations, scripts, and rules. Provide solutions for alerts and incoming escalated tickets from our customers. Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams - including engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product managers, and coders—to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. Strong familiarity with medical charts and clinical terminology, ideally gained through hands-on experience in hospital or outpatient clinical settings (e.g., during medical rounds, chart reviews, or clinical documentation work). SQL must, and Pandas' skills are an advantage. Fluent in English – both written and spoken. A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.
