Chief Architect

CodeValue is seeking a Chief Architect to lead the technological architecture activities within the financial domain.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of 40 architects who drive the bank's development infrastructure and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the bank's technological strategy in the field of architecture.
Manage and provide professional guidance to the team of architects, including planning and leading work processes.
Collaborate closely with development departments, information security, and technology infrastructure to ensure alignment between technological solutions and the bank's business needs.
Develop and implement standards, tools, and methodologies in the field of architecture.
Support cross-organizational projects, ensuring advanced technological infrastructures that add value to the bank.
Cooperate with external suppliers and leaders of technological innovation in the financial sector to integrate new and advanced technologies.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in the field of technological architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Significant experience in managing large teams and leading complex technological projects.
Proven experience and background in working with the .NET platform – mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of the financial domain, including understanding of banking systems and advanced infrastructure technologies.
Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), cloud architecture, and information systems.
Ability to work in a multi-interface environment and strong communication skills with senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – mandatory; Master’s degree – an advantage.
