Position Overview:
As the Global Organizational Development Director, you will lead the full cycle of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, cultivating a high-performance culture, and driving business growth in a fast-paced, scaling high-tech environment.
In this role, you’ll create and implement global organizational development strategies aligned with company goals, with a strong emphasis on leadership development, talent management, culture transformation, and change management.
This is a managerial position overseeing two Organizational Development partners, where you’ll provide guidance to elevate team professionalism and effectiveness, and it reports directly to the VP of the HR Center of Excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the organization’s people and processes are equipped to support rapid growth and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs that align with the company’s leadership framework to enhance the capabilities of current and future leaders.
Talent Management: Oversee global talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Onboarding: Develop and enhance onboarding programs that integrate new employees effectively, promoting a smooth transition and alignment with company values, culture, and performance expectations.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, mergers, or rapid scaling efforts. Provide tools and strategies to help leaders manage change effectively.
Culture & Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, foster employee engagement, and promote a people-centric approach. Conduct regular engagement surveys and recommend action plans based on feedback.
Organizational Effectiveness & Innovation: Develop and implement organizational development (OD) strategies to enhance organizational design, structure, and process efficiencies. Align organizational capabilities with business strategies to drive optimal performance and foster a culture of innovation.
Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Partner with HR Business Partners, all Center of Excellence units, and business leaders to deliver cohesive people strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in Organizational Development within a fast-paced, high-growth company, ideally in the tech sector.
Proven success in leading change management and culture transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of OD practices: including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement surveys, onboarding, and performance management frameworks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
High standards of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
