Senior Product Data Manager (Maternity Cover)

The opportunity

At Supersonic, we're seeking a Senior Product Data Manager to lead our data strategy and turn insights into impactful product features and experiences. In this temporary role, you'll work closely with business analysts, business intelligence (BI) teams, and engineers to ensure gaming products are optimized for engagement, player satisfaction, and monetization.

You might also have

Expertise in product data strategies, with hands-on experience utilizing player data to shape product roadmaps.
Strong proficiency in SQL, knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau, and demonstrated analytical thinking to translate raw data into actionable insights.
An advanced understanding of gaming-specific KPIs (e.g., retention, engagement, monetization, DAU/MAU, ARPPU/ARPU) and how these metrics inform product performance.
Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams, including engineering, BI, and development, to bridge the gap between data insights and product strategy.
Familiarity with scalable data infrastructure and reporting frameworks to improve decision-making processes across the organization.
