We’re looking for a creative and driven Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution in the evolving landscape of identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk management. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our product’s future — building on a strong foundation while exploring new opportunities to deliver impactful solutions to our global customers.

About the Role

As a Product Manager at AU10TIX, you’ll help define the direction and strategy of a high-impact product line. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to expand capabilities, respond to market shifts, and continuously deliver value through smart, customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet market demands and drive business growth.
Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery and optimization.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, strategic goals, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with internal and external R&D teams to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to guide product direction.
Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product specifications and user stories.
Support go-to-market planning and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product positioning and adoption.
Serve as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing internal leadership and external representation.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product impact and inform future improvements.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally within the identity, fraud, or risk space.
Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable product plans and documentation.
Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience working with R&D teams and external partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
Background in customer onboarding, KYC, or identity products.
