ICL Group Ltd. is a leading global specialty minerals company that creates impactful solutions for humanity’s sustainability challenges in global food, agriculture, and industrial markets.
We are the Global Finance and Accounting department with cross-regional finance departments. To meet our challenges, we implement best practices, provide financial support, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, including results analysis. We also design global policies and procedures that meet accounting standards and SEC guidelines, as well as are responsible for implementing an effective internal control in the organization in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Preparation of the periodic financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the annual 20F in accordance with the SEC regulations, including monitor and review materials provided by the different departments and divisions.
- Conduct internal controls for financial closing period, including the preparation of supporting working papers, which will be reviewed by the SOX team and the external auditors.
- Compile and analyze the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results vis-à-vis the divisions' finance teams.
Ensure accurate financial information by validating and implementing processes for collection and reporting complete, relevant and timely financial data.
- Supports the reporting processes within the Global consolidation ERP.

What are we looking for?
- CPA from a big 4 firm with up 1 years’ experience (It is also possible before completing the internship
- Fluency in English – verbally and in writing (highly important)
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Microsoft Office programs skills
