About the Role:

Do you want to play a critical role in revolutionizing senior care through the integration of clinical expertise and advanced technology? At Sensi.AI, the Clinical Product Specialist will drive the development of our cutting-edge algorithms and product offerings. Collaborating with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Data, and Engineering teams, this role bridges clinical insight and technical execution to ensure our solutions deliver maximum impact.

Job Responsibilities

Bring clinical expertise, and work closely with Sensi clinical experts and users, to the development and refinement of Sensi’s product value.
Identify use cases opportunities for growth and innovation by applying clinical insights to shape the product roadmap.
Process and analyze clinical data to enhance our algorithm and service capabilities and ensure high-quality performance.
Develop guidelines for clinical data labeling and ensure ongoing quality.
Support and train data annotators to enhance the quality of their work and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Clinical Expertise: Clinical background with hands-on experience or high proficiency in aging.
Data Experience: At least 3+ years of experience working with clinical data, with a strong understanding of the product development process, (clinical trials, data research, data analysis).
Experience working with AI Models such as NLP, LLM, and clinical data annotation and analysis - is a BIG advantage.
Innovative Thinker: Proactive in identifying gaps in clinical workflows and algorithm outcomes, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions. Strong critical thinking skills to adapt to dynamic and cross-disciplinary challenges.
Clinical Advocate: Exceptional communication skills to understand and be advocate for clinical needs of our customers and ensure alignment across departments.
Trainer: Skilled in developing training materials and guidelines for data annotators. Experience supporting team members to ensure high-quality results.
