You’ll help build the core engine behind our RTB systems and user engagement tools. This role combines data science with fast, efficient software development.

Your Impact and Mission
Deliver end-to-end projects from concept to deployment, leading a mixed team of both data scientists and SoftwareML engineers.
Own the research, design, and deployment of ML models in a real-time, high-scale RTB environment.
Impact business performance by leading experiments and product-facing innovation in ad targeting, bidding, and optimization.
Build production-grade ML and data systems that operate at low latency and high throughput
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business to shape and scale our ML-powered solutions.

Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
5+ years in software development and applied data science roles, including 2+ years in a team lead capacity.
Strong programming skills in Python and production-grade software development experience.
Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques and deployment in real-time systems.
Proven experience with Real-Time Bidding, auction dynamics, and programmatic ad tech ecosystems.
Expertise in data processing at scale – SQL, Spark, Airflow, streaming (Kafka/Flink).

It can be a great plus if you have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ML tools (MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience in Presto and Hive

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model – 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, on fixed days.
