Title: Service Manager

Location: Israel

Grade: 11

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

· This position provides management of and support to the key service partners in country, being Mittwoch and Dangot alongside some smaller partners

· Partner management includes the management of operational incidents, customer SLA, customer escalations and relationship management with key partner representatives

· Apart from remedial incidents being handled by the key partners, the position also includes the management of potential projects with the partners

· The relevant financials for services in Israel will be managed by the incumbent in this position, both the revenue and the costs and these will be regularly reviewed with the relevant financial support team

· The position requires intimate cooperation with the local NCR Voyix sales and PS teams. Also responsible for working effectively with other organizations and individuals, like logistics, financial support team, TM’s from other countries etc.

· Develop relationships and interact with internal and to some extend external customers

· Ensure an environment that promotes effective communications, positive relations and teamwork

· Maintain relevant administration databases to ensure accurate management information is available

· Israel is a smaller area so you may be required to handle out of hours escalations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

-Master’s Degree or similar level work experience

-3 - 5 years of related experience

-Ability to manage a changing environment; ability to quickly assess situations and make appropriate decisions to meet competing demands

-Self-supportive with ability to work with people from other teams

-Familiar with Excel and analytic tools to manage financials

-Ability to professionally manage daily communication such as e-mail and voice mail and respond in an appropriate timeframe

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Previous experience as a (territory) manager or group, team, or project leader; detailed knowledge of Enterprise systems and field operations.

-Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt or above
