Description

We're hiring a sharp, proactive, and execution-driven Head of Recruitment to lead our internal hiring efforts across all departments - from sales, finance, and marketing to tech, product, and executive roles. This is not a strategy-only role - it's fully hands-on.

You'll report directly to the CEO and be expected to own the recruitment process end-to-end, from intake to sourcing, screening, and closing. You'll work in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift daily. You must be flexible, assertive, and highly intelligent - this role is not for the overly sensitive or rigid.

What You'll Be Doing

Run the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across the company
Perform proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms
Partner directly with the CEO to align hiring priorities
Manage and mentor one in-house recruiter
Maintain and optimize our Comeet ATS and all internal recruitment pipelines
Create job descriptions and manage postings in English
Own candidate communication, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
Drive urgency and precision in every hiring process

Requirements

3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, at least 1 year as a team lead
Experience working directly with founders/CEOs
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles (sales, tech, marketing, finance, etc.)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
Experience working in a small/mid-sized company or startup (not enterprise/corporate)
Native-level Hebrew and excellent English - spoken and written
Familiarity with Comeet - strong advantage
