What You’ll Do:

Design and lead initiatives that drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
Take full ownership of organizing meetups, and company-wide events and conferences.
Own employee communications – crafting internal messages, newsletters, and culture updates.

Requirements:

What You’ll Need:

2+ years in HR, Internal Communications, or Employee Experience roles.
A passion for creating meaningful experiences that make people feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
Experience in organizing high-quality in-person and virtual events.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong execution.
Team player with high emotional intelligence and positive energy!
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
