THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on analytics leader to join us as Head of Analytics. In this role you’ll lead and mentor two analytics teams, Product Analytics and Business Analytics , and build the company’s analytics strategy. You’ll define how success is measured, establish clear performance metrics, and work closely with the executive team to use data as a driver of growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and grow two analytics teams: Product Analytics and Business Analytics
Define and execute the company’s analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business and product goals
Build and maintain a unified KPI framework and professional measurement standards
Own the delivery of analytical projects end to end- from defining questions to delivering actionable insights
Drive experimentation and A/B testing initiatives across product and marketing
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities, set priorities and guide strategic decisions
Ensure dashboards and reports provide high-quality insights using Tableau, SQL and best-practice analytics
Collaborate with Product, Growth, Finance and Engineering to translate data into measurable impact

Requirements:

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

5+ years of proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business value
Hands-on experience managing analytics projects from start to finish
Strong technical skills in SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools)
Practical experience with A/B testing design and evaluation
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken – for working with global teams
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience defining and tracking company-wide performance metrics (KPIs)
A strategic and curious mindset with passion for using data to drive decisions
