In this role you’ll lead and mentor two analytics teams, Product Analytics and Business Analytics , and build the company’s analytics strategy. You’ll define how success is measured, establish clear performance metrics, and work closely with the executive team to use data as a driver of growth and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and grow two analytics teams: Product Analytics and Business AnalyticsDefine and execute the company’s analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business and product goalsBuild and maintain a unified KPI framework and professional measurement standardsOwn the delivery of analytical projects end to end- from defining questions to delivering actionable insightsDrive experimentation and A/B testing initiatives across product and marketingPartner with leadership to identify opportunities, set priorities and guide strategic decisionsEnsure dashboards and reports provide high-quality insights using Tableau, SQL and best-practice analyticsCollaborate with Product, Growth, Finance and Engineering to translate data into measurable impactHiring manager: Liat Ashkenazi, VP Data ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/liat-ashkenazi-2296a722/ )Requirements:WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Must-have:5+ years of proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business valueHands-on experience managing analytics projects from start to finishStrong technical skills in SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools)Practical experience with A/B testing design and evaluationExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken – for working with global teamsStrong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience defining and tracking company-wide performance metrics (KPIs)A strategic and curious mindset with passion for using data to drive decisionsINTERESTED?Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:Phone Interview VP Data: 20 minInterview with our VP data: 60 minTake-home challenge: 72 hoursFace 2 Face Technical discussion and presentation of the home assignment with our VP Data: 60 minHR Interview: 60 min.Final interview with our CTO: 60 minGet in touch at [email protected].
