Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of VP, Engineering Lead, R&D

In this role, you will lead our engineering team and drive the development of our next-generation AI-first SaaS products. This is a critical role that will shape the technical direction and execution of our product roadmap.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Define and implement the engineering strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives and product roadmap.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our SaaS multi-cloud orchestration platform and other software solutions.
Ensure that the engineering team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality products.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
Mentor and develop engineering leaders, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
Regularly report to top management and senior external personnel on the company's technical capabilities and future direction.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
experience in software engineering, with relevant experience in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with core Microsoft .NET technologies and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex, distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns, and best practices in software development.
Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with additional cloud platforms, such as AWS and GCP.Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company.Contribution to open-source projects.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
