Manage client relationships, project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change requests. Coordinate general contractors and trade contractors. Conduct site inspections ensuring EHS and quality compliance. Lead commissioning, handover, and close-out processes.Required Qualifications:Licensed and certified electrical engineer with main electrician license3-5 years project/construction management experience3-5 years working for General Contractor with lump sum budget responsibilityExcellent knowledge of Israel design & construction supply chainFluent Hebrew and EnglishDegree in relevant property/engineering discipline or 6+ years combined experiencePreferred:System engineer certificationExperience delivering multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneouslyPrevious Intel site experienceKey Competencies: Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environment.
