We are located in the brand-new Azrieli Office building in Modiin, right next to the Azrieli Mall and just steps away from the train station!

What you will be doing:

You will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting and executing automation scripts, contributing to the efficiency of our Agile/Scrum processes. Additionally, you'll be tasked with developing and implementing testing strategies, both manual and automated, to detect and resolve issues before they impact users. Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in manual checks to ensure seamless operations. Reporting directly to our R&D TeamLead, you'll have the opportunity to implement best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

You are an experienced professional in Software Quality Assurance, with a rich background in SaaS platforms. With deep expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies, you have a proven track record of ensuring software reliability and performance. Your skills span creating comprehensive test plans, selecting appropriate testing tools, and contributing to the excellence of QA teams. Fluent in English, your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with team members and cross-functional partners. You are passionate about quality assurance and dedicated to delivering high-quality SaaS products to the market.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA process across various levels, including features and team activities.
Serve as the quality owner within the R&D team, ensuring adherence to QA standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with the R&D Manager to develop and refine testing processes and QA strategies.
Implement and maintain professional QA and testing standards across all projects.
Oversee the release process, ensuring thorough quality checks and smooth execution.
Monitor, optimize, and improve quality processes, including test planning, test case design, and feature signoff.
Actively engage in hands-on testing activities, dedicating a minimum of 50% of your time to practical testing tasks.
Track defects from discovery through resolution and verification, ensuring issues are effectively addressed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and automation engineers, to integrate manual and automated testing.
Stay updated on the latest QA tools and practices, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams or startup environments.
Strong theoretical knowledge of Testing Engineering and QA; certifications or relevant courses are a plus.
Demonstrated leadership in managing QA processes at different levels, including feature and team levels.
Experience in implementing quality control and QA processes - a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools, including task setting and integration of manual and automated tests.
Experience collaborating with automation development teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Proficient understanding of Release Management processes and Coverage reports.
Fluent English is required, as the majority of the team is based abroad.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies in both testing and development contexts.
