Bookkeeper

An Israeli company that enables to easily build, run, and scale dream workflows on one platform is looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join its growing finance team and assist its day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that the teams are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company extensive growth.
About The Role
Account payable management - new vendor creation (local and foreign), account payables reconciliation
Foreign vendors tax deduction management
Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system
Processing payments to vendors within the ERP system and related Bank uploading
Processing journal entries and managing documentation for credit cards use in the company
Travel reports and employee reimbursements management
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data
Intercompany reconciliation
Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
Bank reconciliation
Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Your Experience & Skills
Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 3
4-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High tech company - a must
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
Experience with Priority ERP system – must
High MS Office proficiency, especially with excel functions - must
Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player with a proactive approach
Service-oriented
High level of accuracy and attention to details
