The Role

We are looking for full-time office manager and bookkeeper that can help in our Tel Aviv office with:

Assisting employees and co-founders with anything needed.
Performing full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview and close candidates within the tech roles.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, and competition.
Handling day-to-day tasks.
Ordering office supplies.
Onboarding new employees with software licenses, computer hardware, and training materials.
Running payroll.
Running reports for the managers.
Answering incoming calls.
About You

Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech companies or agencies
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines
Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
Ability to work independently
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bonus Points
Any experience in the real estate, property management, or software industries is a plus.
Previous hiring experience for a SaaS company is a plus.
