Reconciliation Bookkeeper
Description

We are looking for a bookkeeper specializing in bank and customer reconciliations.

This position is within a dynamic and innovative fintech company seeking team members with a proactive mindset, initiative, creativity, and a strong drive for shared success. The role is part of the Finance Department, reporting directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

Multi-currency bank reconciliations
Customer account reconciliations
Creating invoices in the system
Improving and streamlining company processes, including automation of reconciliation procedures
Managing and monitoring multi-currency cash flow
Oversight of journal entries
Assisting with annual audit preparations
Identifying transaction errors and resolving issues
Working as part of the bookkeeping team

Requirements

Bookkeeping certification (Level 1+2) - Mandatory
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience with multi-currency bank reconciliations (e.g., Euro, USD) - Mandatory
Background in financial institutions - Advantage
Experience with Hashavshevet software - Advantage
High-level English - Advantage
Proactive approach and strong self-motivation
Ability to learn independently
