As we continue to expand our team specializing in legal entity management, we are looking for a lawyer to join our Israel office. The position is based in Jerusalem.

MISSION:

Ensure compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations, across the globe;
Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.

PROFIL:

Law degree;
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the legal field;
Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English;
Good legal analysis skills: ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and case law;
Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
Good oral communication skills;
Sense of service and team spirit.
