Product Manager II - Microsoft Education

We are looking for a Product Manager II to help shape AI-powered learning experiences and educational applications used by students and educators globally.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with engineering, design, and research teams to define intuitive, engaging, and impactful product experiences across desktop and web platforms.

Qualifications

You have at least 4+ years of experience in product management

You have experience building B2B2C products

You have experience defining interactive user experiences for desktop or web applications.

Ability to create product mockups, specifications, and user flows using modern AI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Experience driving products from concept to launch in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Solid product and UX thinking, with attention to details and end-to-end user flows.
Experience or solid interest in working with data science teams to define AI evaluation criteria, success metrics, and product quality benchmarks.
Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and workflows.
Solid communication and analytical skills.
Fluent English.
Experience in education technology (EdTech), learning platforms, or classroom-related products.
Experience working on global products.
Background in Psychology, Learning Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), design, or related fields.
Familiarity with AI evaluation methods.

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
