Responsibilities :
Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies and plans that align with company objectives and market needs.
Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Overseeing the end-to-end product development process for timely and high-quality delivery.
Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Planning and executing successful product launches with effective go-to-market strategies.
Requirements and skills :
Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Experience in technology or software product development is preferred, but not required.
