SW Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. Work with Product team and R&D to transform Business requirements into a technical definition.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing Product requirements and breaking them down into Features & User Stories including detailed description and acceptance criteria.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a keen understanding of business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements.

· Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and development teams.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to translate requirements into user stories and product features.

· Break down product features into manageable tasks and work with development teams to establish release plans and timelines.

· Develop and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.

Translate business requirements to technical requirements for Development teams.

· Act as the main point of contact for all product-related questions and clarifications.

· Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that product features meet the defined requirements and user expectations.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and advancements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role at least 2 years

· Experience as a Software developer at least 2 years

· Deep technical understanding of Web Services, Micro Services, Databases, APIs etc.

· Strong understanding of project management and agile methodologies

· Familiarity with project management tools and techniques

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
