Software Engineering Manager (.Net)

Salary $80,000 per annum

At Threecolts we are redefining the workflow of thousands of Amazon sellers. We are currently focused on growing our customer-driven team to meet increased demand; adding development, consulting and support staff.

We are searching for a .NET Tech Lead that can help grow our SaaS business by improving our systems and processes in 3 key areas: developer productivity, performance and software quality.

At Threecolts we work in small multidisciplinary teams to plan next steps and give advice but we all are responsible for making it happen. You will have the freedom, and responsibility, to chart your own course. The .NET Tech Lead role is directly responsible for software and web development projects, making sure that the end product matches the desired expectations by working closely with teammates.
How we get it done :
Our main software stack is .NET
We use Vue.js for web, and use Angular for mobile
We cache with Redis
We keep our data in MS-SQL and Document databases
We deploy to Azure and AWS via automation in Azure DevOps
Most of our application components are written in C#
We rely heavily on web API’s

What you will be responsible for :
Managing a group of 5-8 software developers
Providing technical leadership to the rest of the team
Allocating tasks and working with other team members and other teams
Selecting the right technology stack and helping with systems design
Improving developer’s productivity
Improving performance in key areas of the product
Ensuring software quality

What we are looking for :
Proven work experience (+6 years) as a Back-end .NET developer
Solid SQL knowledge, in particular MSSQL
Working experience with Azure Cloud or AWS
Professional experience with Docker
Professional experience building web applications
Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have :
Startup experience desirable
VueJS experience
Azure DevOps experience
Chinese speaking (Mandarin)
