We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and drive recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring Ownership – Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: from kick-off and sourcing to interviews and offer management
Strategic Talent Partnership – Understand business needs, provide market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience – Build trust with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate
Talent Brand & Inclusion Champion – Promote our employer brand, foster diversity and inclusion, and build external relationships that expand our reach
Recruitment Analytics & Optimization – Monitor hiring metrics, leverage tools like ATS and LinkedIn insights, and drive process improvements

Resilient, flexible, and energized by a fast-paced environment
Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Experience in employer branding and inclusive recruitment strategies
Ability to analyze hiring data and improve outcomes
Degree in HR, Business, or related field – an advantage
Nice to Have
Success in reducing time-to-hire and boosting direct sourcing effectiveness
Background in talent planning or HR business partnering
An active voice on social media supporting talent and employer branding
