Senior Backend Developer

We’re hiring a Senior Backend Developer to take ownership of platform features in a production environment and services as the product expands into RevOps and operational use cases.This role is based in Tel aviv. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.What you’ll doOwn platform features end-to-end, from definition to production and beyondBuild and evolve backend services in Node.js in cloud environmentsWork on high-volume, event-driven systems (microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ)Make tradeoffs with Product and stakeholders as requirements evolveIntroduce new tools and approaches when they add value, including GenAI-assisted developmentHow we workProjects often start with open questions rather than fixed specs. You’ll help shape direction, make decisions, and stay close to what you ship once it’s live.
