Marketing Project Manager

Bluenile.com is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join its Herzliya-based team. They will join the Marketing Operations team, responsible for translating ideas into projects, while monitoring their progress through organized processes. This dynamic role reports to the CMO.

What You’ll Do

Managing projects and tasks via Asana (overseeing due dates, monitoring progress, ensuring deadlines are met, etc.).
Improving templates and standardizing processes to ensure they are scalable, efficient and automated, accelerating execution throughout the project and task lifecycle.
Creating tasks and briefs and communicating the progress of each to the relevant teams.
Sharing the marketing calendar and updates surrounding it with the marketing team and external teams (product, customer service, finance, operations, etc.).
Supporting the creative processes behind each marketing activity (planning brainstorms, assisting in defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility).
Exploring new tools that will help make our daily tasks more efficient, as well as third-party providers that can add value to our marketing strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native/fluent level) – A MUST.
Marketing background – A MUST.
Familiarity with task/project management platforms. Experience with Asana & Jira – A PLUS.
Understanding of the US or other Anglo ecommerce consumer markets – A PLUS.
