Now, our top-performing Solitaire studio is on the hunt for a Game Economy Manager — someone with sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of game systems, ready to fine-tune the balance that keeps players engaged and coming back for more.

Requirements:

B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
Previous experience in Product / Economy / Monetization analysis in the gaming industry – Must
Knowledge in SQL / Python / R - Big Advantage

Responsibilities:

Monitor and tune the economic of resources & currencies using data analysis and simulations.
Define guidelines of resources management (inbound & outbound) across company departments to control & optimize economy inflation.
Design the user path & features from economic aspects.
Plan & analyze complex A/B tests to optimize new and existing features.
Be an essential part of the thinking & decision-making process for the company roadmap.
