Digital Product Manager

DESCRIPTIONJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Product Manager in the trading domain who will be responsible for:Defining the digital product roadmap for trading servicesWorking collaboratively within a team and closely with other digital product managersAnalyzing customer needs and writing detailed business requirements (PRDs)Leading digital initiatives and large-scale tasks across various bank interfaces (development, legal, risk management, etc.)Working with design agenciesOngoing monitoring, measurement, and performance tracking of the products under the product manager’s responsibilityREQUIREMENTSHands-on experience with Mobile and Web platforms with strong emphasis on capital markets and trading applications (minimum 2 years) – mandatoryExcellent interpersonal skills, high communication ability, and strong teamwork orientation – mandatoryCreativity, system-wide vision, interface coordination, and independent management capabilities – mandatoryExperience with data-analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Glassbox, and deriving insights – advantageAbility to read technological specifications – advantageStrong understanding of UI/UX principles (not design skills, but solid conceptual understanding) – mandatoryKnowledge of microcopy principles – advantageExperience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira – advantageFast learning ability and capacity to quickly understand new topics and tasks – advantage
