We are looking for an exceptional R&D Group Lead with a strong background in cybersecurity (preferably in offensive security, either from civilian industry or defense organizations). This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both deeply passionate about technology and truly an inspiring people leader. someone who knows how to connect, motivate, and grow their teams while driving technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage 2-4 engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps).
Take ownership of the business logic layer within the product, ensuring alignment with product strategy and company goals.
Build, mentor, and guide team leaders to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Drive architectural decisions, best practices, and long-term technical vision (not hands-on, but with a strong technical background).

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Team leader in R&D and ready to step up to lead multiple teams.
Strong background in cybersecurity – an offensive security background is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of Python, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture (must-have).
Experience working in complex, large-scale distributed systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower engineering teams.
