Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Business Development team as a Business Development Manager.About Sidelines Sidelines Group is one of the fastest-growing sports betting and iGaming affiliate companies in the industry, specialising in experience-driven technology. We’re looking for employees who are ambitious, willingly take ownership, and execute effectively - all to power the company forward.What will you do?* Research, pursue, and develop new, long term business relationships.* Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.* Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas such as new products and channels to clients.* Utilise BI tools to generate valuable data.* Work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment, with multiple interfaces.* Processing sales data from our business partners to our internal systems. Validating and creating accurate analytics and financial reports.What will you bring to the table?* High-level English- MUST* 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the gaming industry or a related field. Working in an affiliate company is an advantage.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships, both internally and externally.* Ability to work independently and proactively.* Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.* Experience in Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot table - must* SQL skills and experience in querying large, complex data sets - advantageJob Type: Full-time
