DESCRIPTIONSuperCom's IoT division is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Temporary Helpdesk to join our team.We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day.Job descriptionHandling employee computersPreparing equipment for the purchasing system Arrangement of computer stations for employeesManagement and documentation of activities in the computer systemProviding remote connection support to usersTemporary position for a month and a half, flexible working hoursREQUIREMENTSOne year or more experience as a help desk/PC technicianThe ability to maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting.Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.Experience with Installing, making changes, and repairing computer hardware and softwareExperience with LAN knowledge.Experience with Operating systems (Windows).PC proficiency.Verbal communication.Good interpersonal skills
