Senior MLOps Engineer

As an MLOps Engineer at Gong, you will lead the development and scaling of our machine learning training infrastructure to support Gong’s AI-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with our Research teams, ML Serving team, and business stakeholders to define strategies and implement plans that align with our organizational goals.

As an Senior MLOps Engineer, you will:

Develop Gong’s machine learning platform, including shared libraries, development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and utilities that streamline and standardize ML development across our AI and research teams.
Collaborate with research teams to design and build machine learning and deep learning infrastructure that enables large-scale training, experimentation, and validation of AI models.

You should apply if you:

Are an experienced Python developer with 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in building ML systems.
Have strong infrastructure skills, enjoy diving deep into code and system architecture, and are capable of shaping the team’s roadmap and vision while guiding others to execute it.
Are open to multidisciplinary work including DevOps, internal tools development (both frontend and backend), AI tools integration, and configuration of third-party tools.
Are a people person with a service-oriented mindset, comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
