Your Role:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for POSM and a keen interest in the cosmetics and luxury brand management sector.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, production, and project management of POSM within the beauty and luxury FMCG segments.
The role will require hands-on experience in taking POSM briefs, reading and understanding CAD, and optimizing jobs for production. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong commercial focus, while effectively managing quality control and installation processes to ensure seamless project delivery.

What you need to carry out the mission :
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling POSM projects, with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
The perfect candidate for this role will have a solid background in procurement and project management within the cosmetics and luxury FMCG sectors.
A strong understanding of visual merchandising and trademarks will be essential, as well as a demonstrable ability to manage POSM projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach, with exceptional skills in reading and interpreting CAD designs, and a proven ability to ensure the successful production and installation of POSM. A keen eye for quality and a results-oriented mindset will be crucial for driving success in this role.
