About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Oracle ERP Logistics Team Leader to lead our logistics applications team in a global organization. This role combines leadership with active operational responsibility for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite logistics modules (INV, PO, OM, Service Contracts, install base). You will manage projects, directly resolve issues or delegate them effectively, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal business outcomes.

What Will You Do as Part of The Role?

Lead, mentor, and manage the Oracle EBS logistics ERP team
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions
Manage and deliver ERP-related projects within scope and timelines
Oversee and participate in system configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Provide hands-on support for the logistic modules
Take ownership of incoming tickets and service requests: resolve them directly or assign to the appropriate team member
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies

Requirements:

What does it Required From You?

Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS logistics modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Installable[YA1] , Service Contracts)
At least 2-3 years in a team lead or managerial role within an ERP environment
Strong understanding of supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and order fulfillment processes
Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize, and document business processes
Experience managing and prioritizing support tickets in a fast-paced environment
High-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience working in a global organization—an advantage
Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents
Experience managing projects and integrating with third-party systems from end to end- that are not Oracle-based
