Escalations Engineer (Tier 4) BSc in Computer Science from a recognized university with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Proficient in C++ or Java with a solid knowledge of its ecosystems and at least 5 years hands-on relevant experience. Experience with SQL and running database queries for debugging. Proficiency with Linux and a solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficient in networking, preferably with a CCNA certification. Proficient with cloud infrastructures (preferably AWS and Azure). **** Solution Developer Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or past service in a technological unit 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Python Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading) Pre-sales Engineer 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the fintech or cybersecurity sector. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, and digital asset security principles- a must Fintech-related experience Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for driving new success. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred (advantage) ****** Customer Success Manager 3+ years of project management / CSM experience. 2+ years of IT security experience in a SaaS environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proven project management abilities such as building a project plan, status reviews presentations, PoV plan, etc. A strong background in cybersecurity. Availability for traveling is a must. Familiarity with Enterprise SoC operations - preferred. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or other) deployment - preferred. Understanding of the automotive market - preferred.
