Job Descriptionתיאור משרה• ניהול ישיר של צוות קטן במחלקת ההרכבות במפעל הפלסטיק ותחום הבטחת האיכות במחלקה• אחריות מלאה לאיכות המוצרים בהתאם למפרטי הייצור, הוראות העבודה, הנהלים והסטנדרטים במפעל• הגדרת בדיקות האיכות הרצויות עבור מכשירי ההגזה• הגדרת תהליכי עבודה ונהלים (כולל כתיבת נהלים ועידכונם)• שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים• צמצום בזבוזים לפי מתודולוגיית ה-Lean• ניהול סיכונים (PFMEA)• ניהול חריגות ואי התאמות• תחקור תלונות של לקוחות פנימיים, חיצוניים וספקים• קידום פרויקטי איכות מפעליים• ניטור ומדידה של כשלים בתהליך – SPC• ביצוע וליווי מבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים ומבדקים לספקים• ניהול מדדי איכות KPI של המחלקה• ניהול איכות ספקים: כולל הערכת ספק, הסמכת ספקים, ניהול קבלני משנה.• ניהול תחום ביקורת קבלה וחומרי גלם• ניהול תחום ניטור מדידה ניתוח והערכה של מכשירי מדידהדרישותניסיון בתחום האיכות בתעשייה- ניסיון מקצועי רלוונטי לפחות של 5 שנים חובהתואר ראשון הנדסת פלסטיק/מכונות/חומרים/תעשייה וניהול- יתרון מובהקהבנה בקריאת שרטוטים- יתרון מובהקניסיון ניהולי - יתרון מובהקשליטה וכושר ביטוי גבוה בעברית/אנגליתיכולת עבודה עם ריבוי ממשקים ומשימותאסרטיביות, עבודה בצוות, יכולת הנעת עובדים, יכולת הובלהיחסי אנוש מצויניםהכרות וניסיון בעבודה עם מתודולוגיית ה- Lean manufacturingResponsibilities (English)Direct management of a small team in the assembly department of the plastics factory and the quality assurance field within the departmentFull responsibility for product quality in accordance with production specifications, work instructions, procedures, and plant standardsDefining required quality tests for carbonation devicesDefining work processes and procedures (including writing and updating procedures)Continuous improvement of processesWaste reduction according to Lean methodologyRisk management (PFMEA)Management of deviations and non-conformitiesInvestigation of complaints from internal and external customers, as well as suppliersPromotion of plant-wide quality projectsMonitoring and measuring process failures – SPCPerforming and supporting internal and external audits, including supplier auditsManaging departmental quality KPIsSupplier quality management: including supplier evaluation, supplier qualification, and subcontractor managementManaging incoming inspection and raw materials qualityManaging measurement monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of measuring instruments#SodastreamQualifications (English)Experience in quality in the industrial sector – A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management – Strong advantage.Ability to read technical drawings – Strong advantage.Managerial experience – Strong advantage.High-level proficiency and articulation in Hebrew and English.Ability to work with multiple interfaces and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Assertiveness, teamwork, employee motivation, leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Familiarity and experience working with Lean Manufacturing methodology.
