We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented supply-side partnership Manager to join our Supply Partnerships team at Rise. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our publishers and mobile app developers, with a strong focus on driving growth and maximizing their ad monetization revenue. You will manage the entire post-sale lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving adoption, optimizing ad revenue, and fostering long-term relationships to maximize retention and growth. Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Yield Management specifically within the AdTech industry.
In-App Monetization: Proven experience with In-App monetization (SDK company background is a plus, but not a must).
Supply-Side Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, specifically the supply side (Header Bidding, Ads.txt flow, Ad Servers like GAM, TAM). Including Proven experience with In-App monetization (SDK company background is a plus, but not a must).
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets (advanced Excel/Google Sheets is a must; SQL/BI tools is a major plus).
Communication Skills: Native or fluent English (both written and verbal) with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluent English: Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent reading, writing, and presentation skills, and the ability to confidently present to global clients.
Technical Orientation: High technical aptitude—ability to understand technical documentation, APIs, and troubleshoot basic integration issues before escalating to Ops.
Proficiency in using customer success platforms, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Own, nurture, and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic supply partners (publishers, networks, and app developers). Working closely with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to understand their business needs and goals.
Onboarding & Integration: Guide new supply partners through the technical onboarding and integration /upsell process, collaborating closely with our Product and Technical Operations team.
Yield Optimization: Analyze performance data daily to identify trends, troubleshoot drop-offs in fill rates/CPMs, and proactively suggest optimization strategies to maximize publishers’ revenue.
Retention & Expansion: Monitor account health, prevent churn, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with partners, presenting data-driven insights and strategic growth roadmaps.
Voice of the Customer: Act as a primary link between our publishers and internal product teams to advocate for feature requests and product improvements.
Foster effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to drive customer success and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Participate in business trips abroad and summits.
