General Practice Nurse (Part-Time) – Whittlesea Medical Centre

TLC Healthcare is dedicated to being a leader in integrated healthcare, and we’re looking for a caring General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) to join our team at Whittlesea Medical Centre.

About Us

TLC Medical Centres in Whittlesea is a state-of-the-art bulk billing medical centre located on Laurel Street. We offer comprehensive medical services, including general practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing services.

Co-located with TLC Aged Care Sunlight, our healthcare precinct is expanding to include TLC Early Learning, TLC Health Clubs, and The Village Café, creating a fully integrated healthcare experience for aged care residents and the local community.

About the Role

This part-time position (45 hours per fortnight) offers the opportunity to work closely with GPs and deliver high-quality care to aged care residents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments
Immunisation
Wound Care & Minor Procedures
Ordering stock & vaccines
General treatment room duties

What We’re Looking For

Relevant nursing qualification
Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training)
Current AHPRA registration
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) and 2025 Influenza vaccination
Aged Care experience (advantageous)
NDIS check (includes police check)
Eligibility to work in Australia
