Maintenance Specialist

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the facility, addressing maintenance and general operational needs.

Full responsibility for all maintenance work in our offices.
Responding to calls related to maintenance and different systems like, installation, air conditioning, fire safety systems, electrical systems, fire prevention, building systems, and blinds.
Conducting regular checks and maintenance of these systems to ensure they’re properly functioning.
Addressing any maintenance issues with outside contractors in a timely manner.
Ensuring the upkeep and functionality of sports facilities and special rooms within the office.
Handling daily tasks such as replacing soda canisters, dishwasher maintenance , and faucet maintenance.
Managing inventory, including unloading and restocking merchandise and food on the different floors.
Physical work like moving furniture, reorganizing chairs and tables, and hanging TV's.

Requirements:

What you’ll need:

Handywork experience
Painting and minor repairs on the office wall
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High energy and hands on approach
