About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems that support our SaaS and on-premise solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of DevOps initiatives, driving them from concept to execution across teams.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Collaborate with developers to optimize build and deployment processes.
Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance.
Write and review Python code to support infrastructure automation and tooling.
Contribute to FinOps initiatives by monitoring and optimizing cloud costs.
Promote a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices to continuously improve our systems.

Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps engineer in cloud-native environments.
Strong experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Proficiency in Python for developing infrastructure automation and tooling.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience in managing production environments in cybersecurity or SaaS companies.
Background in development or security engineering.
Experience with Kubernetes.
