Infra Team Lead

We are on the lookout for STELLAR, a hands-on Engineering Team Lead with experience in leading a team and developing high-scale backend infrastructures and services in Node.js.

Responsibilities:
Lead complex development projects within the infrastructure domain, collaborating with stakeholders to outline features, and scope, and make strategic decisions.
Lead, mentor, and expand a team of experienced engineers, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence.
Oversee the design and implementation of secure, high-availability SaaS solutions, with a focus on architectural integrity and future-proofing.
Act as a primary resource for your team and other departments regarding infrastructure-related queries and decisions.
Ensure the reliability and robustness of our infrastructure, facilitating superior support and service to users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as team lead - managing developers (3+)
6+ years experience developing, automating, and maintaining complex cloud-based backend systems, preferably using NodeJS/Typescript.
Experience in the design of secure, scalable SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience in microservices architecture.
Proficiency with various data storage and processing technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Redis) and cloud services, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and workflows, and deployment using container technologies like Docker.
A strategic thinker with a knack for selecting the right tools and technologies to support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Fluent English (written & spoken)
