C++ Team leader

Rail Vision is a vibrating and fast-growing multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market.

We’re looking for an experienced and talented software team leader to lead the development of our applications' core.

Main Responsibilities:

Leading a team of software developers and communicate with other teams such as Algorithms, Hardware and Mechanics.
Hands-on programing, mainly with C++, and also in Python and Bash.
Improving software development process while maintaining high professional standards

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in managing software teams
At least 5 years’ experience in modern C++ (11/14/17)
Experience with programming in Python & Bash
Experience working in Linux environment
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (CS/EE)
Strong software design skills and wide technological breadth
The ability to lead, motivate and couch team members
Excellent teamwork and human relations
Independent, self-motivated and fast learner

Experience integrating with CI processes
Familiarity with CUDA / NVIDIA platforms
