This is a full-time position.Responsibilities:Read, comprehend, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions and follow established procedures to accurately assemble productsCable preparation; including stripping, tinning and labelingMechanical type assembly using hand tools and power toolsGluing and sealing using Loctite, epoxy, RTV and other compoundsWorking with various sized materials from heavy parts to small intricate partsPerform quality testing/inspecting to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standardsIdentify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnelRework and/or repair assembled products according to engineering specification changesKeep accurate records/logs etc.Handling of ESD sensitive materials and equipmentRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of assembly experience in high-tech environmentAbility to follow written and verbal work instructions and blueprints for complex and standard product assemblyAbility to maintain equipment and a clean work environmentMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresPerform other related duties as assignedSoldering capabilities are an advantage
