As a Growth Analyst, you will work to identify new growth opportunities and leverage business strategy, based on data, analytics, and creative business thinking. As an integral part of a core, multi-disciplinary team, you will work hand-in-hand with developers and marketing experts while maximizing impact.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end strategic growth processes, focusing on acquiring learners
Analyze, test, and optimize performance according to KPIs
Utilize various online advertising platforms to manage and execute large-scale campaigns
Work with the internal creative team to develop campaign assets
Define KPI metrics and create actionable insights through analysis and research
develop innovative UA strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics
Support the growth efforts using real-time measurement and forecasting models to empower amazing decision-making

Requirements

Sharp, data-driven, and creative with outstanding analytical skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically
Strong business and marketing acumen
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (magna cum laude or advanced degrees a plus)
1+ years experience in data analysis, marketing analysis or User acquisition roles
Experience in online marketing - advantage
